  • Agrifor Group is a leader in the distribution of wood products and by-products. It has been selling pellets to end consumers since 2013 but has more than forty years of experience in the sector.
    We created an e-commerce platform for the company which integrates a purchase model based on subscription to sell pellets.

    Pellets are a product that requires recurring purchases. For this reason, we automated the process, offering the customer the possibility to choose between multiple subscription plans, with discounts and variable restocking frequencies.

    Adopting the subscription model helps to learn more about customer behaviours to optimise choices and market strategies. It also provides recurring revenue that you can periodically enter into your revenue forecasts.
