  • Bontempo is one of the most important beauty distributors in central and southern Italy. Founded in 1989 in Molise, it is currently a reliable partner of prestigious cosmetics and perfume brands.

    Bontempo relies on Sidea Group for a fundamental mission: to digitise the order process for agents and retailers. Until then, everything occurred “manually”, through basic tools such as e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. No autonomy, no process control, no integration between tools.
    The transformation begins with the development of a mobile order taking platform to support agents. Thanks to a tablet and a digital catalogue with over 30,000 articles, agents place the order with the customer; the order is then integrated into the management system in real time. Quick and easy.
    The second phase of the digital revolution is the implementation of an e-commerce for B2B customers, so as to make retailers autonomous in purchasing products.

    Today Bontempo has a platform that integrates the warehouse and the work of agents and retailers. This gives control over all process stages, from order to shipment. Everything is faster, more dynamic and more efficient.
    With a view to continuous improvement, we have also developed trade marketing actions on B2B customers. We have segmented retailers based on purchase history and planned customised communication actions aimed at purchasing a series of products.
