  • CityModa is one of the largest companies in the fashion retail sector in southern Italy. With eight stores in Apulia and Basilicata, it is a point of reference for all fashion enthusiasts and new trends.
    We accompanied CityModa to achieve a new goal: digital transformation. Thanks to a strategic path, we have created a technological architecture capable of coordinating the action of CRM, e-commerce and marketing automation tools.

    This way, the company can develop personalised communication and marketing activities for physical and digital customers, in a total omni-channel logic.
    The next step was the work on data intelligence, i.e. the collection and analysis of data, to better understand customer behaviour and forecast market trends. A better understanding of user needs has also enabled personalised customer service on Whatsapp to increase the level of customer satisfaction.

    Sidea Group’s work for CityModa has set in motion a transformation that has involved the entire sales pipeline: from orders to customer service, from data intelligence to personalised communication, from RFM analysis to marketing automation.
