First prize in the "Customer care and CRM" category for at the 2020 Netcomm Awards

During the Netcomm Award 2020, the award dedicated to Italian excellence in electronic commerce created by Netcomm, a benchmark in e-commerce and digital evolution, was awarded for improving the level of customer satisfaction and creating an easy loyalty process with a consequent increase in business profitability.
