    Fastweb’s attitude to innovation has met our strategic and digital skills.
    Fastweb’s new FWA (fixed wireless access) product is the next-generation mobile broadband network, which guarantees a high level of connectivity; for this novelty, the company also decided to experiment with a new subscription purchase method. This is where Sidea Group comes in with its skills in the field of subscription and modern billing.

    Our project involved the integration and customisation of the Zuora platform for order taking, billing and finance management for the FWA range.
    As a tech leader, we have guided the entire work process to integrate Fastweb architecture with Zuora software, managing technologies, flows and solving critical issues.

    For Fastweb, we also dealt with the development, quality assurance and testing activities of the CRM Salesforce project.
