  • Borgo Egnazia is the hotel par excellence in luxury Apulian atmosphere, part of Leading
    Hotel of the World, ranked amongst the Top 100 hotels in the world and winner of numerous
    awards dedicated to high level hospitality.

    Sidea Group has enabled a marketing automation system for Borgo Egnazia to
    implement automatic and customised funnels based on the different inbound
    activities and communications included in advertising campaigns.

    A job, therefore, aimed to manage customer relations but also for real marketing. Sidea
    Group has worked for Borgo Egnazia supporting marketing and transactional
    communications.

    Faced with the growing need to use a single platform for communications, we have
    implemented Marketing Cloud, the Salesforce tool that allows communications to be
    managed through automations on a single platform; for example, the system
    automatically sends transactional pre-stay and post-stay e-mails. The project also provides
    for the acquisition of leads through newsletter subscriptions, up to the integration of
    messaging systems in real-time communications to customers.

    A great leap forward in the digitization of Borgo Egnazia’s operations, thanks to the value of
    process automation on a single platform that allows different actions for transactional and
    pure marketing purposes.
