Why?

Our constant focus on the youngest and most talented, seeking a structured context in which they are fully accompanied to become professionals, led us to open Sidea Academies. We believe that knowledge, studying, curiosity for innovation in the sectors we deal with (and not only!) are essential to be able to offer our customers the best solutions. Training and keeping up to date is also essential for each person to grow as an individual, and to achieve their goals.

Sidea Academies were created to share the value of training: 6-week free sessions held by our senior professionals, dedicated to the most important topics and technologies for our jobs. The goal is to train new resources to welcome them immediately into our team and thus transform them from students to career professionals.

For whom?

Sidea's Academies are open to everyone; in particular, it is young high school and college graduates who can benefit most from them, because the training provided by our teachers is the right corollary to a course of study and can be the decisive step to finally entering the world of work by joining our teams.

What for?

We are constantly working on educational programs on topics useful for creating training paths aimed at entering the world of work through the front door. At the moment we have under our belt study paths dedicated to the main platforms used for our projects; for example, Salesforce, the best cloud CRM in the world, or Zuora, a leader among the players in the subscription economy.
